Six "Quote of the Day" Service
Reading Olive's comment, I realize a few readers do need "Quote of the Day" service. Instead of being a brick-mover, I list six "Quote of the Day" service below.

It features a "Quotation of the Day" service. One can subscribe to its feed at http://www.thefreedictionary.com/_/WoD/rss.aspx?type=quote
I have used it as my source for a long time.

It was my very first quote source when I started to post quotes.

Quote of the day service in five category. My personal favorites are "Quote of the Day RSS" and "Funny Quote of the Day RSS". Rss feeds are available. The bonus is when you use Gmail, you can use quotes from these two sources as random signatures. First, enable Gmail labs, then enable "Random Signature (by Chad P)".

i'd like to read daily quotes, and i've kept wikiquote in my start pages too, apart from yours.
but you know, it's personal tinge (i mean, the quotes are selected by oneself for no other reason than that he likes it and wants to share it.) that gives a flavor much richer than other quotes posted by an organization or a group, the selection of which are usually influenced by the feedback of theirs readers.
put in a simpler way,...i just like YOUR daily quotes. :P
but pls don't let my comments sway your decision of changing it to a weekly post. we'll just keep coming as long as you keep showing up here. hehe.
